Citadel Realty's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a consolidated net profit of 0.41 Cr, up from 0.31 Cr in the same quarter last year. Consolidated income from operations was 0.99 Cr. Shareholders will receive an interim dividend of Re. 0.50 per equity share, payable by August 4, 2025, with a record date of July 18, 2025.
