Rahul Pandit takes charge as Managing Director & CEO, bringing over 30 years of experience from roles at Blackstone, Lemon Tree Hotels, and Ginger Hotels. Amit Jain joins as Chief Financial Officer, a seasoned CA with 16+ years in finance, taxation, and M&A. Chirag Sojitra is the new Company Secretary. These strategic appointments, effective July 14, aim to strengthen the company's operational capabilities and drive its future growth in the hospitality sector. Pandit's appointment is subject to shareholder approval.
