Rallis India announces a leadership change in its finance division. Ms. Subhra Gourisaria will step down as Chief Financial Officer effective July 24, as she moves to another Tata group company. The Board, acting on input from its Audit and Nomination and Remuneration Committees, has appointed Mr. Bhaskar Swaminathan as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective August 7. Mr. Swaminathan is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with nearly 30 years of diverse experience, currently serving as Business Finance Head at Tata Chemicals Ltd. This transition brings a well-experienced professional to a key financial role.
