The deal strengthens Pricol's offering of advanced handlebar control components, complementing its existing driver information systems. This strategic alliance combines Domino's expertise with Pricol's manufacturing strength, aiming for sustained growth and an enhanced market position. Royalties will be paid based on license usage.
