Black Box Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 15-07-2025: Allotment of Securities

Black Box Ltd has allotted 5,995 Equity Shares, a result of warrant conversions, to a non-promoter investor, Priyamvada Mallavarpu. Each share was issued at Rs 417. This conversion brought approximately Rs 0.25 crore into the company. Consequently, the company's total paid-up equity capital has increased from Rs 33.958 crore to Rs 33.959 crore. There are still 75.92 lakh warrants outstanding, which could be converted into equity shares in the future.
