The Board has approved key changes in its leadership team. Ms. Poonam Kishor Shah has been appointed as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, subject to shareholder approval. Notably, she is the daughter of Promoter Directors. Additionally, Ms. Rakhi Jayantilal Upadhyay and Mr. Sandipbhai Pravinbhai Patel have been appointed as Additional Independent Directors, also pending shareholder approval. These appointments follow the resignations of Mrs. Jyoti K. Shah from directorship and CFO due to age, and Mr. Sharad L. Kulkarni from directorship due to age and health issues.
