Coromandel Agro Products and Oils Limited will hold its 49th Annual General Meeting to approve the financial results for the latest financial year. Shareholders will vote on a proposed final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share. The meeting will also consider re-appointing Mr. Maddi Venkateswara Rao as a Director, and appointing three new Independent Directors: Smt. Vangala Bhargavi (also as Women Director), Smt. Maddula Durga Sushma, and Smt. Dr. S. Anitha Devi, each for a five-year term. Additionally, shareholders will ratify the remuneration of Rs. 35,000 annually for Cost Auditors and appoint Secretarial Auditors at a remuneration of Rs. 1,50,000 for the upcoming financial year.
