ITCONS E-Solutions has allotted 1,20,000 fully paid-up equity shares to two non-promoter warrant holders, Mrs. Alka Jaysing Tambe and Mr. Rajesh Tripathi, upon conversion of their warrants. The company received Rs. 0.639 Cr from this conversion, as warrant holders paid Rs. 53.25 per warrant. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity capital has increased from Rs. 5.8865 Cr (58,86,526 shares) to Rs. 6.0065 Cr (60,06,526 shares). Approximately 90.62 lakh warrants remain outstanding, convertible into equity shares upon payment of Rs. 53.25 per warrant.
