Nippon Life India Asset Management has informed shareholders about the impending transfer of their unclaimed dividends and corresponding shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority. This applies to dividends that have remained unpaid or unclaimed for seven consecutive years or more, specifically starting from the financial year 2017-18. Shareholders are urged to claim their dues by October 21, 2025, to prevent this transfer. After this date, the shares and dividends will be moved to the IEPF by October 22, 2025. While claimants can still recover these from the IEPF later, no claims will be entertained by the company post-transfer.
