ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited — Board Meeting, 15-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Profit After Tax (PAT) surged 34.2% year-on-year to ₹ 302 crore. Value of New Business (VNB) stood at ₹ 457 crore, with VNB margin improving to 24.5%. Total premium income grew 8.1% to ₹ 8,954 crore. Protection APE rose 15.2%, and total new business sum assured increased 36.3% to ₹ 3.7 lakh crore. Assets under Management (AUM) grew 5.1% to ₹ 3.2 lakh crore, maintaining a strong solvency ratio of 212.3%.
