Syrma SGS Tech, via its subsidiary Syrma Strategic Electronics, has formed a Joint Venture with South Korea's Shinhyup Electronics Co. Ltd. This JV will focus on manufacturing multi-layer Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), including flexible PCBs. Syrma SGS will hold a 75% ownership stake in the JV, with Shinhyup Electronics holding 25%. Syrma also secures the right to appoint the majority of directors. This strategic partnership enhances Syrma's manufacturing capabilities and broadens its product portfolio in a critical electronics component segment.
