Himadri Speciality Chemical's board has approved a strategic move to boost its global footprint by establishing a new wholly-owned subsidiary, 'Alliance Worldwide LLC,' in Dubai, UAE. This entity will spearhead the company's expansion into overseas markets. Furthermore, the board appointed Mr. Soumyodeep Bhattacharya, Executive Vice President (CTD), as a Key Managerial Personnel, a key step in strengthening the management team.
