The Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited has announced its 145th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 3:30 P.M. The Board has proposed a dividend of Rs. 1.20 (60%) per equity share of face value Rs. 2 for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval. For this purpose, the share transfer books will be closed from August 7, 2025, to August 13, 2025 (inclusive). Eligible shareholders will receive dividend payments electronically after the AGM, subject to applicable tax deductions. Remote e-voting facilities will be available for members.
