Aarvee Denims & Exports Limited — Board Meeting, 15-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Aarvee Denims Board has taken several key decisions. Mr. Jaimin Kailash Gupta has been re-classified as a Promoter, with Mr. Tarachand Gangasahay Agrawal and Qmin Industries Limited now part of the Promoter Group. The company also plans a name change to either 'Varvee Corporation Limited' or 'Varvee Global Limited,' subject to necessary approvals. A new Independent Director, Mr. Ravi Jitendra Modi (a CA with 8+ years experience), was appointed for five years. The registered office will also change.
