Neueon Towers has announced a board meeting. Q1 FY25 financial results were approved, showing a total income of ₹4.47 Cr and a net loss of ₹22.08 Cr.
A major strategic pivot is in the works: the company plans to change its name to 'Neueon Corporation Limited' to reflect a significantly expanded business focus. New planned ventures include Civil Engineering/EPC, Data Centers, Interior Design, Advertising, Blockchain, and Advanced Air Mobility.
The board also approved the disposal of three non-contributing properties by December 2025, subject to shareholder consent. New Statutory and Secretarial Auditors were appointed.
