Dixon Technologies has entered a binding term sheet for a Joint Venture with Chongqing Yuhai Precision Manufacturing Co. Ltd. Dixon will hold 74%, and Chongqing 26%. The JV aims to manufacture and supply precision components for laptops, mobile phones, IoT, and automotive products in India. This strategic move deepens Dixon's backward integration and localizes key components, supporting the "Make in India" initiative and strengthening the country's electronics manufacturing ecosystem.
