Prism Johnson Limited — Important, 15-07-2025: Updates

Prism Johnson has released its Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report for FY24-25. The company boosted renewable energy use in its cement division to 32% of power consumption (from 29%) & increased Thermal Substitution Rate to 4.6% (from 3.3%), contributing to lower emissions intensity over three years. It allocated `120.26 Cr` (34% of capex) for green initiatives. Workplace safety improved significantly, with worker LTIFR dropping to 0.14 from 0.69. However, energy intensity per rupee of turnover and air emissions saw increases, partly due to reduced production. Customer complaints in the 'other' category rose.
