Allied Digital Services Limited — Board Meeting, 15-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The board has announced key appointments, following a review by its Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Rohan Shah, a long-standing VP of Business Development, has been appointed Executive Director for five years. Concurrently, Narsimha Rao Mannepalli, an experienced professional with 35+ years in leadership roles, joins as a Non-Executive Independent Director for five years. Both appointments take effect July 15, 2025, pending shareholder approval at the AGM. Rohan Shah is also now authorized to handle material event disclosures. The 31st Annual General Meeting will be held on September 2, 2025, via hybrid mode.
