Pagaria Energy's board has concluded a meeting, approving the draft Board's Report for the financial year ending March 2025. Strategic moves include a decision to enter the Real Estate sector, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting. Significant leadership changes were also announced: Mr. Arpan Singha Roy was appointed Managing Director, succeeding Mr. Hanumanmal Bengani, who resigned due to health.
