Pagaria Energy's board approved its FY25 report and will convene the 34th Annual General Meeting via video conference. Leadership changes include Mr. Hanumanmal Bengani's resignation as MD due to health, with Mr. Arpan Singha Roy appointed as the new MD for five years, following his executive director role. Mr. Bijay Bhagat joins as an Additional Non-Executive Director, and Mr. Kartik Sarkar also resigned. Importantly, the company plans to enter the Real Estate sector, a strategic shift requiring shareholder approval. New internal and secretarial auditors were also appointed, with all board appointments and the business expansion subject to shareholder vote.
