Pagaria Energy's Board has approved a significant strategic move into the Real Estate sector, pending shareholder approval. This coincides with a leadership transition: Mr. Hanumanmal Bengani resigned as Managing Director, and Mr. Arpan Singha Roy was appointed as the new Managing Director. Mr. Kartik Sarkar also stepped down as a Director, while Mr. Bijay Bhagat joined as an Additional Non-Executive Director. The 34th Annual General Meeting will be held virtually to seek shareholder approval for these key changes and the new business segment. New internal and secretarial auditors were also appointed, strengthening corporate governance.
