Pagaria Energy's Board recently met, approving the financial year 2025 Board Report and scheduling its 34th Annual General Meeting for August 8th. The Board appointed Mr. Bijay Bhagat as Additional Non-Executive Director and, following a proposal from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Arpan Singha Roy as Managing Director. These appointments follow the resignations of Mr. Hanumanmal Bengani as Managing Director and Mr. Kartik Sarkar as Director, both citing health reasons. The company also appointed new Internal and Secretarial Auditors. Significantly, the Board decided to expand into the Real Estate sector, pending shareholder approval to amend the company's main business objectives.
