Mankind Pharma has published its Annual Report for FY2024-25. The company will hold its 34th Annual General Meeting on August 07 to adopt the financial results and re-appoint Mr. Sheetal Arora as a Director. Shareholders will also consider appointing new Secretarial Auditors and ratifying the Cost Auditors' remuneration of ` 25.25 lakh. For FY2024-25, Mankind reported revenue of ` 12,207 Crore, a 19% year-on-year increase, and adjusted EBITDA of ` 3,159 Crore, up 25%. This strong performance reflects its strategic expansion, including the BSV acquisition and focus on chronic therapies. R&D spending is set to increase to 2.5-3% of revenue in FY2026.
