Sapphire Foods India Limited — Others, 15-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Sapphire Foods will hold its 16th Annual General Meeting virtually on August 8, 2025. Shareholders will consider adopting the audited standalone and consolidated annual financial results for FY2024-25. The agenda also includes the re-appointment of directors Mr. Vinod Nambiar and Mr. Kabir Thakur. Deloitte Haskins & Sells is proposed as the new Statutory Auditor for five years, with an annual fee of around 0.82 Cr.
