This strategic move aims to expand the company's footprint by establishing a presence for service welding and light fabrication operations, directly targeting the Middle Eastern markets. The new subsidiary's business is fully aligned with the parent company's core activities. Initial funding for the subsidiary will be in cash. This expansion signifies a focused effort to cater to new regional demand, though the WOS is yet to commence business operations.
