Jindal Saw Limited — Others, 16-07-2025: Change in Management

Shri Neeraj Kumar, currently Group CEO & Whole Time Director of Jindal SAW, is transitioning to Executive Chairman of JWIL Infra Limited, a strategic joint venture. This internal re-structuring aims to accelerate JWIL's growth in the water infrastructure sector, leveraging his expertise to scale its business. To fully dedicate himself to JWIL, he will step down from his executive roles at Jindal SAW, but will continue as a non-executive Board member and an advisor to the PRJ Group. These changes become effective August 1, 2025. This move strategically strengthens a key joint venture while retaining valuable experience on the parent company's board.
