Konstelec Engineers has clarified details regarding its recently submitted audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. The company addressed a query from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) concerning the absence of an auditor certificate on the utilization of IPO proceeds.

Konstelec stated that it raised ₹28.70 crore through its Initial Public Offering. These IPO proceeds were fully utilized by the half-year ended September 30, 2024. The company confirmed that disclosures regarding any deviation in the use of funds, along with an auditor certificate on utilization for that specific half-year, were previously submitted to the NSE.

The company emphasized there has been no deviation or change in how the IPO funds were used compared to their original stated objectives. Konstelec clarified that, as the IPO proceeds were entirely utilized by September 2024, they were not required to furnish any further auditor certificate for the period covered by the annual results, aligning with existing guidelines.
