Optiemus Infracom Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 16-07-2025: Allotment of Securities

Optiemus Infracom has allotted 8,15,317 Equity Shares at an issue price of Rs 672.25 per share, following the conversion of previously issued warrants. This allotment results in a fund infusion of Rs 54.81 Cr for the company. The shares were allotted to various recipients, including both promoter and non-promoter categories. A significant portion of shares (3,00,000) went to Stern Global Fund VCC. Post-allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased to Rs 88.07 Cr, representing 8.81 Cr shares, strengthening its capital base.
