    Slone Infosystems will close its share transfer books from July 31 to August 6 for its 3rd Annual General Meeting. The board has proposed a dividend of Re 0.50 per share (5%) for FY24-25. If approved at the August 6 AGM, this dividend will be disbursed to shareholders registered by July 30, 2025.
