Ugro Capital Limited — Board Meeting, 16-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

UGRO Capital's Board of Directors has approved major changes to its senior management team. Irem Sayeed has been elevated from Chief Credit Officer to Chief Risk Officer. Sameer Nanda, previously Chief Collection & Litigation Officer, is now the Chief Revenue Officer. Additionally, Shilpa Bhatter has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, replacing Kishore Lodha. The board also designated Anuj Pandey, who was recently appointed CEO, as a Key Managerial Personnel. The company acknowledged the contributions of departing officers, Amit Mande and Kishore Lodha.
