Saksoft Limited — Others, 16-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Saksoft has announced its 26th Annual General Meeting on August 8, 2025, via video conference. Shareholders will vote on the adoption of the annual financial results for FY25 and a final dividend of Re 0.40 per share, bringing the total dividend for FY25 to Re 0.80 per share. The agenda also includes the re-appointment of Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Aditya Krishna for a five-year term with a proposed basic salary of Rs. 1.2 Cr per annum. Additionally, remuneration for related parties Ms. Asmita Krishna and Mr. Skanda Ramesh Haritha, both exceeding Rs. 2.5 lakh per month, will be considered.
