Rajshree Polypack's Executive Committee has approved an increase in unsecured loans to Olive Ecopak Private Limited (OEPL) by an additional Rs. 8 Cr. This amendment to an existing term sheet means the company, along with its JV partner Mr. Rajesh Gandhi, will extend further funding to OEPL. The increased funding will be in a 50.10:49.90 ratio. This signifies an enhanced financial commitment to their joint venture operations, providing additional capital for OEPL.
