Continental Chemicals has opened a special, one-time window for shareholders to resubmit requests for physical share transfers. This applies to requests lodged before April 1, 2019, that were previously returned or rejected. During this period, all re-lodged shares will be processed only into dematerialized (demat) form. Shareholders with eligible cases should submit their requests and necessary documents to the company or its RTA by January 6, 2026.
