Apollo Tyres has appointed Ms. Mahalakshmi Ramaswami as its new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), effective today. She brings over two decades of diverse HR experience from multinational firms in FMCG, telecom, and pharmaceuticals, with expertise in strategic HR management and talent development. This appointment, approved by the Board following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's review, aims to strengthen the company's HR leadership. Consequently, Mr. Dipankar Ghosh, Group Head- HRBP, will no longer be part of the senior management team due to a reporting structure change. This strategic HR leadership shift is important for the company's talent and organizational development.
