Precision Wires India Limited — Others, 16-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Precision Wires India has called its 36th Annual General Meeting to adopt the financial results for FY2024-25. The company proposes a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share, bringing the total dividend for FY2024-25 to Rs. 1.15 per share, totaling 18.76 Cr. Shareholders will also vote on increasing borrowing powers from 1500 Cr to 2500 Cr to support growth and a new 188 Cr copper recycling project. For FY2024-25, Revenue from Operations was 4014.83 Cr, and Profit After Tax was 90.04 Cr, reflecting strong operational performance and strategic expansion plans.
