Tyagi, also CMD of Shipping Corporation of India, has been formally approved to continue as SCILAL's Chairman & Managing Director for an extended period, or until a permanent replacement. Additionally, Shri Manjit Singh Saini's temporary role as Director (Operations) was confirmed up to his recent retirement. He subsequently stepped down from the SCILAL board.
