Arvind Limited will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, 8th August, 2025, via video conference. Shareholders will vote on adopting the audited financial statements for the past financial year and a dividend declaration. The agenda also includes re-appointing Mr. Sanjay Lalbhai and Mr. Jayesh Shah as Directors. Additionally, shareholders will consider appointing M/s. Hitesh Buch & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years at an initial fee of 0.0210 Cr, and ratifying the 0.0415 Cr remuneration for M/s. Kiran J. Mehta & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY2025-26.
