Zinema Media & Entertainment's board meeting approved significant strategic shifts. The company is dramatically expanding its business scope to include film production, cinema operations, extensive content creation across traditional and new-age platforms like Metaverse and VR, sports management (events, facilities, merchandise), and related technology and consulting services. To support future growth, authorized share capital will increase to Rs 50 Cr.
