AU Small Finance Bank will hold its 30th Annual General Meeting on August 8, 2025, and released its Integrated Annual Report for FY2024-25. The Bank reported a 37% rise in Net Profit After Tax to Rs 2,105.93 crore. Total assets grew 25% to Rs 1,57,845.67 crore, deposits increased 27% to Rs 1,24,268.54 crore, and gross advances rose 20% to Rs 1,08,778.17 crore. The Board proposed a Rs 1.00 per share dividend. Strategic moves included the Fincare SFB merger, expanding customer base to over 1.13 crore, and applying for a Universal Bank license. The bank's board was also strengthened with new independent directors.
