SRF Ltd. has announced a board meeting on July 23, 2025, to consider the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. They will also discuss a potential 1st interim dividend for FY25-26. If declared, shareholders on record by Tuesday, July 29, 2025, will be eligible for this dividend payout. Additionally, the board will consider enabling the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures up to Rs. 750 Cr.
