TITAGARH RAIL SYSTEMS LIMITED — Others, 16-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Titagarh Rail Systems will hold an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting for a preferential issue of warrants. The company plans to raise nearly Rs. 200 Cr by issuing 21.16 lakh convertible warrants at Rs. 945 each to its promoter group. The capital infusion will be used to enhance working capital (Rs. 100 Cr), reimburse capital expenditures (Rs. 50 Cr), and for general corporate purposes (~Rs. 50 Cr). This strategic move, once approved by shareholders, is expected to support the company's growth and expansion initiatives. Upon full conversion, promoter shareholding will increase from 40.46% to 41.38%.
