Ethos Limited has diluted its stake in Ethos Lifestyle Private Limited from 100% to 95% following a preferential share issue by the subsidiary. As a result, Ethos Lifestyle is now classified as a subsidiary instead of a wholly-owned entity. The shares were acquired by the Promoters, and the transaction was conducted at arm’s length based on an independent valuation. Ethos Lifestyle, a relatively new entity, contributed no revenue and only 0.60% (₹ 5.89 crore) to Ethos Limited's net worth in the last fiscal year. This development restructures the ownership of a nascent group company.
