Graphisads confirmed they were actively engaging with the National Stock Exchange's team, making regular follow-ups via email and helpline, to find a solution to the filing problem. A resolution was finally provided by the exchange's listing compliance operations team on July 3, 2025. Following this, Graphisads successfully uploaded the required digital files on the very same day.

The company expressed sincere regret for the unintentional delay, emphasizing that the issue was reported immediately after the board meeting.
