The board also approved the re-appointment of Independent Directors Mr. Milin Ramani and Mrs. Nidhi Grover for a second five-year term. M/s. Kaushal Doshi & Associates resigned as Secretarial Auditor, with M/s. HRU & ASSOCIATES appointed as their replacement. Additionally, Ms. Guddi Bajpai resigned as Company Secretary, and M/s.
