Milestone Furniture Ltd — Updates, 16-07-2025: Company Update

Milestone Furniture's Board has approved the resignation of S. Agrawal & Co. as Statutory Auditors. The Board, following the Audit Committee's suggestion, has proposed the appointment of R Daga & Company as the new auditors. This appointment, filling a casual vacancy, is subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming General Meeting and will serve until the 11th Annual General Meeting. Importantly, the outgoing auditors raised no concerns. The company also approved the Extra Ordinary General Meeting notice and appointed a Scrutinizer for its poll process.
