Tree House Education & Accessories Limited — Important, 16-07-2025: Updates

Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd. has corrected an arithmetical error in its standalone and consolidated Profit and Loss accounts for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. This resulted in revisions for figures such as Net Loss after Tax, now (1537) for standalone quarter and (1719) for standalone year. Earnings Per Share (Basic & Diluted) is revised to (3.63) for the quarter and (4.06) for the year. Importantly, these adjustments have no impact on the audited financial statements for FY25, and all other reported figures remain unchanged.
