However, auditors issued a modified opinion due to the unapproved transfer of assets worth ₹25.81 Cr, which the company is currently evaluating. In leadership changes, Mr. Ravi Kapoor resigned as Chairman and Non-Executive Director, with Mr. Rajesh Rathi now appointed as Chairman.
