Bombay Super Hybrid Seeds' board has approved the FY25 Board Report. The 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for August 6, 2025, at 4:00 PM. E-voting for the AGM runs August 3-5, with July 30 as the cut-off date. The company's share transfer books will be closed from July 31 to August 6 for the AGM. The Board also proposed the re-appointment of Shri. Hemang Chandrakant Baxi and re-appointed Mr. Amit Gadhiya as an Independent Director for a second term.
