Bharti Airtel has announced its 30th Annual General Meeting, where shareholders will review the financial results for the year. The company delivered a strong performance, with consolidated revenue growing 10.4% to over 1,81,511 Crore and net profit (before exceptional items) reaching over 26,457 Crore. Consolidated EBITDA also increased 19.3% to over 93,296 Crore. A dividend of ₹16 per fully paid share and ₹4 per partly paid share has been proposed. The company’s net debt to EBITDA ratio improved to 1.9x. Operational highlights include 5G rollout expansion and new customer additions, reflecting market share gains.
