Brightcom Group's board noted the successful re-listing of its equity shares on BSE and NSE, effective July 14. Despite initial volatility, the board remains confident in the company's long-term fundamentals.

The board confirmed the appointment of Mr. M. Suresh Kumar Reddy as Managing Director & CEO for five years, as approved by shareholders. Due to existing regulatory restraints on him, his role will be limited to operational and managerial responsibilities, excluding any securities market decisions. Additionally, the board directed the new MD & CEO to develop a strategic growth roadmap, focusing on new technology areas like AI/ML in digital ecosystems.
